Many have posted about Page Cook, how they followed his film music reviews, their memories meeting him, and their observations on the merits of his reviews of the score of various film composer.
Two questions: (not had much luck in answering these two questions via internet searches)
1) Does anyone have a biography on Page Cook?
2) Can any of you provide a photo of Page Cook (either just him or perhaps you and him together)?

He was quite a "character," and despite the obvious defects of his writing, he was an important influence on many of us in the 1960s -- a true voice crying in the wilderness at a time when film music was almost entirely neglected in both film and music criticism.
I've never seen a photograph of him, which is a pity, since he was quit a handsome young man.
