Shirley Walker & Harvey Cohen's music for the episodes "Mad as a Hatter" and "Perchance to Dream" from BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES.

I've got to mention Alfred Newman's score for MAN HUNT (1941), maybe because it was one of my favorite movies-on-TV from my (much) younger days.

Carlo Martelli's IT! is a small masterpiece with many remarkable motifs, at 6:25 in this video we have a brilliant cello solo, but the whole score is phenomenal.
