TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22

SUPERMAN VS. BATMAN---Greg Silverman, a Warner Bros. president, was asked if other DC Comics superheroes such as Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and The Flash will be in the sequel. His answer seemed to imply that Wonder Woman might make an appearance, “We have been doing a lot of thinking for years about how to best use all those characters and we love them. Wonder Woman is an amazing character. I think it's a great opportunity both for box office success, but also to have an amazingly powerful female superhero."





CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER---first official poster released.





BLOOD ON SNOW---movie underway based on the novel about a hitman who falls in love with his target, his boss' wife. Leonardo DiCaprio is the producer and may star.

INTO THE FOREST---movie underway based on the novel about two teenage sisters who try to survive in Northern California's redwood forest after civilization mysteriously collapses. Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood star.

SKIPTRACE---comedy action movie underway about a Hong Kong detective and a US gambler who team up to take down a mobster and save the detective's niece. Jackie Chan, Seann William Scott and Fan Bingbing star.

1:30 TRAIN---Chris Evans (CAPTAIN AMERICA THE FIRST AVENGER) is the star/director and Alice Eve (STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS) co-stars in this movie about a man and woman who meet on a train and try to develop a relationship before she has to catch another train.





QUEEN OF THE DESERT---Damien Lewis (HOMELAND, BAND OF BROTHERS) will co-star with Nicole Kidman in this biomovie about Gertrude Bell who helped shape the future of the Middle East in the early 20th century.





ALMOST HUMAN---Fox moved the series premiere from November 4 to November 17 to cash in on an NFL doubleheader.

FALLING SKIES---Mira Sorvino (MIMIC) has a recurring role as a graphic designer who joins the resistance group and develops a strong relationship with John Pope.

MORTDECAI---Olivia Munn and Paul Bettany join the cast of Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor in this movie about an art dealer in search of Nazi gold.

SUSAN COOPER---Jason Statham is in talks to co-star with Melissa McCarthy in this comedy movie about a female spy.

ENTOURAGE---producer Mark Wahlberg commented on when the movie will get underway, "As soon as them guys stop being so greedy." Adrian Grenier replied, "It has, & never will be about the money for me. I promise. I will always stand up for the boys (that includes you) & do what I can to make sure they are treated fairly, and not be taken advantage of by anybody."

MARVEL STUDIOS---Ben Kingsley confirmed he's working on a second project with Marvel, "It's a secret Marvel project. I'm not allowed to say any more, you're going to have to wait and see."

DEAD WATER---eco-horror movie underway about a team of scientists stranded in a desert eco-station and under attack after the rest of mankind has been turned into monsters by the world's water supply which has changed its chemical composition. Ryuhei Kitamura (MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN) is the director.

THE VISITORS---horror movie underway in which college friends staying at a secluded cabin in the woods are attacked by an alien after its spaceship crashes nearby.

LITTLE WOMEN---movie underway at Sony Pictures based on the Louisa May Alcott novel with a script by Olivia Milch, daughter of David Milch (DEADWOOD).

Or they could just acknowledge the attraction, swap address or phone numbers and take it from there. That synopsis sounds like a 1 minute commercial for Nokia !
