Earl Hagen's beloved Theme from THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW had lyrics by Everett Stone to transform the melody into the song, THE FISHIN' HOLE.

Herb Spencer is listed as a co-composer.

Here singers Stephen Van Dorn, Cassandra Nuss, Rena Strober and Darrah Le Montre sight read the tune. Adam Shell and Richard Kraft add clapping support. Mike Farrell performs on piano.

Well, that one was fun, and DIDN'T end abruptly, although it seemed like Steven was forcing the laughter at the prolonged ending.
