I am going to go out on a limb here; I don't think that's Randolph Scott in the background. I'm guessing that it is Barry Sullivan. It's about a forty to one shot.

I think you're correct. (As usual).
The queen Stanwyck didn't do westerns w/ RS?

Well they said they will try. They said they can sing anything, as long as its Ran-dolph Scott.

Here goes.

BAR- REE S-C-O-TTTTTTTTTT!

Have we got time for some rehearsals, mgh? Whens opening night?

Well, I'll be damned; I was wrong. It was Barry Sullivan, but I got the movie wrong.

Perfect. No need for rehearsals. You are always right on the money.

I'll tell the choir. They will be so thrilled.
They were very worried that - without practising properly - the Sullivan part might sound very much like Sco-t-t-t-t-t-t, but clearly, of those questioned so far, you found it a passable rendition of Barrie Sullivan?

Anybody else think it was decent effort or, frankly, a bit shit???

Could be a few toys out of prams if they get any bad reviews, but hey, stage work is a tough industry I keep telling them and they gotta learn to embrace new challenges.

so its official, and ive called a meeting to tell them so, no one gives a toss about the choir!
Is no feedback at all more of a dagger thru the heart than a bad review?!

No, no, no. I love the choir. Their performance of Barry Sullivan and the Bach Mass in B minor was wonderful. I cried. I'm telling you I wept.
Ask them to me forgive for being late with my review.

(And by the way, the encore of I Got Rhythm was terrific.)

Sounds like the sneaky bastards have been doing concerts behind my back!
Just wait till contract renegotiation day!!

Im shocked they attempted other numbers - out of their Randolph Scott comfort zone, they are usually all at sea and a bit flat.

Anyway im not convinced mgh, as you seem to be their one and only fan.
