Djawadi. I've enjoyed his work since before I even knew where his training originated. Prison Break rulz. And Mr. Brooks. And Clash of the Titans (seriously, give it a chance if you haven't; it's a lively score).
No offense, but I'll stick with Rosenthal's '81' original score. Both that movie and score are the only things CotT related that exist in my world.

As for Djawadi or Jablonsky...I like them both. Loved Pacific Rim, and really enjoy Ender's Game so far. I like several scores by both of them, so I really can't choose between them.
Jablonsky scored every major horror remake; Amityville, Texas Chainsaw, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and in all of those instances I found those scores cheap, uninspired, boring and ultimately like the movies themselves extremely bland. His Transformers score at least had some attempt at film music going on but it didn't impress me or want to listen to his music. I place him at the bottom as far as quality of popular composers goes right now.
Djawadi I'm not that familiar with, Aside from his Medal of Honor entry I only have his Mr. Brooks score which I admit I bought more for liking the movie than the score, it's not bad but it does feel generic like those John Murphy style thriller scores.
So in all fairness, neither composer has me all that excited.
The way I see it - and bear in mind I'm not a huge fan of the Zimmer factory style of scoring - Jablonsky seems to be going backwards to me, after his STEAMBOY score and parts of TRANSFORMERS 1, while I can hear improvement and development in Djawadi's scores, certainly in terms of his thematic and orchestral work. Parts of FRIGHT NIGHT, CLASH OF THE TITANS and most of PACIFIC RIM have some impressive moments. I appreciate some of the Djawadi titles I haven't heard that others have mentioned here. I will have to check them out.
