I've never really had a hard time falling to sleep at night but have heard the soothing sound of rain and even the sound of thunder helps if I can't.
With these two links, I guess anything goes as long as it works.

You can just about get anything on the computer. I wonder do they have a tape of 8 hours of somebody snoring?
