Hello again all, its great to be back! I had a wonderful vacation of skiing, and relaxation with some friends and family up in Maine at the Jordan Grand Resort at Sunday River. The weather was fabulous and couldn't ask for better ski conditions, but I am happy to be home though and to get back to all my goings on, which I'm happy to say are increasing.

I arrived back in Florida on Tuesday, and have been getting back in the swing of things between planning out projects, schedules and tons of email. I certainly enjoyed reading all of your email and posts this week when I could actually get a little internet service up there and decided for todays post to be sort of a coming events for this month of Composeronymous, and to share a couple of photos from the trip.

Looking forward to this month, and maybe some of the next, I've got some things I think you'll all enjoy. We will start our next piece together, "A Creepy Carnival", and this time with sketching from the beginning as well as some more technical tutorial type videos during that to demonstrate a couple of techniques that have been specifically asked about. I have also arranged to have two interviews, or discussions rather,  with two colleagues of mine from the filmmaker side of things to shed a little insight into the relationship between composer and director/producer etc.

And finally, I will be covering the 2010 Young Composer Competition here in Orlando on Saturday. Its a contest for composers ages 13 to 18, that includes an all day workshop with professionals from around the country and then the participants have until the end of June to compose a piece. The winners will have their works performed and recorded in a live concert by the Orlando Philharmonic in October! I have been exchanging emails with the director of this wonderful program and graciously accepted his invitation to sit in on the workshops.

We certainly have a lot on tap for the coming weeks and I can't wait! Also, I am in the process of updating my website. Its a totally different look and has some new features, include media players, links, and I'm considering a chat box to do a live chat every so often. Please bear with me as it's under renovation, but I will let you know when its complete.

Enjoy the photos! See you soon!

Hey, looks like you had a blast. I love the northeast but I don't love planes. I'm sure that FSM appreciates the aerial advertisement but that picture makes me wonder if you're the guy behind the crop circles :)

Sounds like you have some great activities planned. You know I'll be tuned in.
