Sadly one has not been released yet featuring a wonderful array of 70's TV-Movie Scores, but if it was released, what ABC TV Movie Scores would you most like to see included on it? I would hope and think there would be enough scores to fill up 5 Discs from all those cool 70's TV-Movies.

A taste of Theme from THE SCREAMING WOMAN by John Williams. In the end credits he is credited: Theme by John Williams. No one is credited for actual Music score. Interesting. IMDB credits Hal Mooney, Jerry Goldsmith and Morton Stevens as: composer "Stock Music" uncredited and Mooney as Music Supervisor.
I believe the 1972 TV-Movie CRAWLSPACE scored by Jerry Goldsmith was produced by and shown on CBS and therefore not a ABC Movie of the Week title. But it definitely I think, deserves a CD Release of it's own.
Or how about Hugo Friedhofer's score for "The Over The Hill Gang" and his rejected score for its sequel "The Over The Hill Gang Rides Again"? Leonard Rosenman's score for "In Broad Daylight"? Patrick Williams' score for "The Failing Of Raymond"?
Allow me to add: Killdozer (Melle) The Last Child (Rosenthal) The People (Coppola) I’ll wager suites or scores for these 75 minute “movies” clock in under 25 minutes each. That leaves lots of room on a 5 disc set. I’m just sayin’...
Of course one of my favorite things about "THE MOVIE OF THE WEEK" was it's great use of Burt Bacharach's "NIKKI" Theme that he wrote for his dear daughter. Just love that music!

There is no rejected score. It's nothing more some confusion, apparently, by a fellow member who I'm guessing doesn't have English as a first language (not complaining or making fun of him, I'm just saying), and mis-understood completely what a book said.

This gives you a pretty good look at it Thor. The book, The ABC TV Movie of the Week Companion, I'm sure would have a comprehensive list of all the titles and a bunch of informative info.
Here's some cool stuff on it. Seems after 1975, production of Original TV Movies from ABC petered out and they focused on WORLD TELEVISION PREMIERES of Theatrical Feature Films.
A great version of Burt Bacharach's cool "Nikki" Theme was used as the Theme for THE MOVIE OF THE WEEK. I love that theme!
