Don't miss out on this one. It's one of La-La Land's best releases and one of JW's finest scores.

Congrats to LLL on another big seller.

So many of their Williams titles are their very best (you could argue that they should be the only ones allowed to do them), but this one is definitely special as all hell. Makes a great double feature listen with E.T.

CURIOSITY:
we're the extras and alternates something that you listen to frequently?

Yes. "What Is Your Wish (Alternate)", "Inside Dr. Know's", and "The Biker Hounds (extension)" are on repeat!

Sorry to see this score disappear into the archives. Like CE3K, this is a score I've very much admired but never really enjoyed, which is why I never picked it up.

Thanks for the heads up, MV! I'd been going back and forth over this for the past couple weeks. Went ahead and ordered with Superman.

Bullet bit, nettle grasped, CD ordered. I'm not sure why it took me so long to get this as I've been looking at it for ages, so thanks for the warning MV

Glad I picked this one up when I could. Now I got to get the Superman set much sooner than expected with the way it's selling.

Shoot. I was really hoping ET would come back in stock in time, so I could combine the two together. Guess I'd better rush over and place my order.

It boggles my cojoggles that you haven't done so during the past three-and-a-half years, old friend... embarrassment

Funds have been limited and with shipping it's an expensive set. There have been so many Goldsmith releases I've had to prioritize...

This is a brilliant release. Anyone who doesn't have it, I highly recommend it! Definitely don't miss out on it. It's a score I was iffy on until hearing this presentation.

Stunning score. Stunning presentation.

I still have some CDs displayed (most are just boxed away after ripping to PC) and those are among my all-time favourite releases. Suffice to say A.I is there.... along with quite a number of other LLL titles.

I take it, these are the last of the full quantity. Hopefully just not the last of the current batch and it's not worth pressing the remainder. Wouldn't seem right if this couldn't sell the full qty, although I'm surprised it's lasted as long as it has.

Easily in the top five for American film scores this century. Stupendous work that's as dense as Close Encounters, of which it is a worthy successor. Get it!
