I did it today, and to my surprise found, that they already shipped Raggedy Man. Well, at least that's what they said to me. big grin
I gave them my order number, maybe later they will confirm that it was really shipped 1.5 weeks ago..

I was forced to call them the other day to determine where the hell my March 15th order was because all of my recent e-mail inquiries kept getting bounced back to me as "undeliverable".

Have never had problems communicating with them.

They used to be IMPOSSIBLE to get a replacement disc from, but recently needed one and was not made to jump through hoops.

Hi victor. Order VS39660 has just shipped out yesterday(Monday) and order VS40612 shipped on 4/16/2019. I'm guessing your first order included a delayed CD Club title. Thanks for the patience and please let me know if theey are not are not received soon. Thanks!

Well I'm NEVER ordering direct from Varese ever again. I've sent two emails to Varesa asking about my order which was paid for on the 06th April. I got no reply. I resorted to Twitter and sending them a tweet almost begging them to please let me know the status of my order, they took my money already after all.

Last week I ordered Varese's new release of Knight Rider but not from them as I was already concerned about my current order. Nope, I ordered from Intrada. I paid a bit more but my confidence levels with LaLa and Intrada are at 100%.

There is another thread about Varese and their terrible customer service on another thread here on the FSM forums and I posted there a while back too.

Varese have lost me as a customer, I'm based in the UK so can't be dealing with this nonsense!! As soon as they get my order out to me I'm done with them!

Dont panic. My order for KNIGHT RIDER hadnt shipped. I emailed them yesterday at the Naxos address and I got a delivery failure. I emailed again and also on the old orders Varese email and the same delivery error came on the naxos address. But today I got an email stating that my order had been processed and shipped. So I'am fine for now.

When I was a.boy you had to wait " 6-8 weeks".for mail delivery.

Lucky you.
I got shipping notes too.
But tracking number, which they gave to me is also TNT (not usual usps), and is for package from Courcelles, Belgium to Besancon, France... And it was already delivered on March, 29....
Asked them again about correct tracking number.
