Lol The only Morricone I ever saw in Wooworths bargain LP bin was Moses the Lawgiver. Naturally at 99p I picked it up. Only ever really listened to two tracks, though the two got a lot of play. But Soundtrack and General in '76/'77 were my first non-high street record shop. Five Man Army, OUATITW and the RCA compilations were all from there.

I got two EM Lps from Woolies - fistful / few$ twofer and a yellow compilation with a scene from Lloyd George on , around '79.

I have never seen it . But going by the contents, I'd have been in heaven. Having said that , I was only 6. Same here, I was still relying on Geoff Love at that age! Geoff Love is a name from the past. He's been gone 20 years now.

I’ve had a copy for 30 years...acquired in a trade deal as I recall. This was always highly prized and never easy to track down.

Aside from the Italians, the Japanese loved the spaghetti western genre and released numerous vinyl rarities.

Let's face it, it was EVERYWHERE for a long time. No idea where I got mine. Could have been Woolies.
