Never seen the movie, but I've had this score in my collection since the early 90's. Took me a little while to crack back in the day, but I now find it a very enjoyable thriller score. More Kamen = yes, please!!
Nice! This was one of Intradas earliest releases. If I remember it had a couple lengthy suites instead of split tracks so I am looking forward to hearing it proper... think one of the suites was 25 or so minutes! Never saw the film. Intrigued that it’s 2 cds. Hope they aren’t including the original soundtrack and it’s just a mammoth collection of unreleased music.
Though there are only six tracks on the original album, the running time is a generous 45 minutes. Good sound on it, too. I imagine one of the two CDs will contain this original program.

Nope, nothing that long

Kamen for me has always been kind of blah. Except for Die Hard, which is one of my all time favorites. So saying this sounds like DH is a great idea because now I will probably buy it!
Not a CD I've played much down the years. It's quite noodling and atmospheric at times and not one of his most strongly thematic scores. I will now dig out my old Intrada CD and give it a re listen. But damn, I really hoped the Kamen on their list was either something previously unreleased, or an expanded Three Musketeers.

Not even positive thoughts for the awesome Dead Zone?
