Possibly, it was a social occasion. Roger Edens is at the piano. Kay Thompson is beside it. As I stated, in the FOREGROUND is Hugo Friedhofer on the left....and Andre Previn on the right. It's likely a photo of a rehearsal session for the Jerome Kern biopic TILL THE CLOUDS ROLL BY.
