I'm sure you did, henry. It was your enthusiastic thread on Silvestri that got me thinking about what I have and don't.

Thanks, Francis. I'm not too fond of this theme, that's my problem. Completely arbitrary, how some themes just don't work for me, so I kind of dread each new statement in the score. Not the theme's fault. I feel like Spock spoofing the android twins: "I love YOU. However, I HATE you."

As far as Silvestri goes, I only have both Predator scores (and really love the second one). Would ya'll recommend this one?

I usually prefer the film versions with these sort of matters. The film versions just have this rawness to them, while alternates are usually just nice bonus features, but I never bother with the second discs on these kind of releases. Intrada's Ghost and the Darkness, for example (easily one of my favorites they ever put out!). I love Volcano! I'm waiting for the Deluxe Edition of that one (if such ever happens). I also like Cat's Eye, though the Intrada CD not ending with that cheesy title song doesn't feel right. I never got into Back to the Future, oddly. It works spectacularly in the film, and the theme is great, but I don't really feel the need to have it on its own.

I'm just hoping the listening experience doesn't just bring back traumatic memories of Rob Schneider's prescence. Really excited to hear the ending music though (when Dredd's driving off into the distance).
