Wasn't Wyatt held up for a few years because of Kostner?

The last update I saw on ST: Voyager was on April 1 this year: "Summer" And on the same day about "Diary of Anne Frank": "Update: ADVENTURES OF BATMAN AND ROBIN - still in the works DIARY OF ANNE FRANK - still in the works THE SWARM - still in the works MV"

Dear MV, How are prospects for a 2CD of Christophe Beck's, Percy Jackson and the Olympians? Lots of great score left off album. Much like Sky Captain initially. Does the Fox, now Disney connection and it's not-so-far-back, 2010 release double complicate?

Didnt MV say something about Warner titles may slow down due to the rise in licence fees? Oh gosh, this gets better and better. Sony Music cans 3rd party licencing. Fox gets bought by Disney, who only work with Intrada. UMG OST masters are confirmed lost in a fire years ago, requiring lesser sources to be used. Now Warner has a price hike? So glad we got what we got when we did. Mike Matessino has already stated that the only score related materials in that vault were album masters, and that everything else in that department wasn't there.

Maybe Disney will start working with LLL in similar ways to Intrada one day? Also saw some quote from MV eluding to the possiblity that the Sony halt may not be forever? Anyways, look how far things have come in a decade? The upside to everything being Digital is the need to keep everything updated and the industry knows theres a market for soundtracks as has been established over the laat 20 years.

"UMG OST masters" is a fair term, though, but again not all of them were there.

Mike Matessino has already stated that the only score related materials in that vault were album masters, and that everything else in that department wasn't there. Um, that's exactly what I said. OST masters. As in albums. I was agreeing with you, but clarifying for Tack.

It's good to hear that not all score related album masters were lost, so thanks for clarifying that Mike. It is a pity though about Dracula, ET, Jaws and Monsignor. Hopefully others like Eiger Sanction, Earthquake, The River and MacArthur survived or were stored elsewhere.
