Above and beyond as usual. Especially important for box sets.

Dear MV,

I got no answer regarding the possibilities of an release of carl johnsons FANTASTIC fullorchestral classic action-adventure score for the animated show INVASION AMERICA.

Quite surprised to hear about your collaboration with Varese on the fantastic looking "Apes" box set. While I am personally satisfied with the older editions I already have, I will still purchase a set (directly from your site, no less) to support your efforts as well as the possibility of future collaborations.

Thank you smile

I honestly do not recall such a show, and I'm a huge nerd. Lol

Wow, that's a show I almost forgot about! I remember it was produced by Spielberg and was a short lived prime time animated series.

I remember this series as well.

Spoiler below......

I believe 1 scene took place at the Boston Museum of Science. Which of course looked totally different but the reference was cool.

I may have to go see if I can find the pilot so I can check out the music.

I thought I read someplace that Voyager was coming this summer. I could be wrong.

MV has expressed his frustrations on the board recently to say that he's not really sure when anything is coming out anymore due to delays from manufacturing plants etc. I am sure it was planned for summer, but it will come out eventually. big grin

I'm also (patiently) curious about that Star Trek Leftovers Collection they once mentioned on this forum. (Still hoping for a inclusion of the TNG episode "Half a Life")

I believe it was already released under the title 50th Anniversary Collection - (MUSICAL RARITIES FROM ACROSS THE STAR TREK UNIVERSE).

The upcoming Voyager is the end of the line.

Although, I'd put money down for a re-re-release of Wrath of Khan for a remastered album edit.

Damn, that's a shame about the next ST: Voyager being the last. I hope we can get a Voyager and D.S.9. odds & ends set. I'd take the time for go through the episodes not covered to find things worth releasing.

Incorrect. Unless the plan has changed, MV has been referring to a final Trek release post-Voyager Vol. 2 which I think was going to be one disc each of mostly fan requests from TNG, DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise.

Where was this referred?

If so, Cool. We'll just have to see I guess? I'm down for anything Trek.

That is indeed the thread that was borne out of MV's comments about a final Trek box set, but doesn't include (or link to) his actual comments...those are probably lost in a distant page of the LLL News or MV/LLL questions threads.

Should we create a separate thread for suggestions for that potential set, or continue using that one?
