Don’t worry Les. From what I understand, Stephen also organised zoom chats for Barry fans via another website/Facebook group. I’m not sure which. He mentioned this a little while back in the thread and said any of us are invited if we fancy it. So it’s not some little spin off group from the FSM one, just another that’s been running alongside. We hijacked poor Stephen’s zoom meetings for FSM anyway

Is there a Zoom meet up this weekend? If so, how can I join?. Isn't there usually a registration link? Thanks for any info.

I'm on the go currently on a Dutch island (Texel), so I won't be able to join this time (no laptop etc., just smartphone). Have fun everybody, I'll be back.

What defines a John Barry fan? I think of myself as one -- at least, I regard him as being up there among the best, if not the actual best. Whilst defending the right of the payer to invite whomever, I sincerely hope these things are not getting cliquey. You are required to provide proof of purchase for at least 8 John Barry scores, 9 if one of them is OUT OF AFRICA. You must be able to recite from memory the story of at least 4 John Barry scored James Bond films. You will also be required to send in a video of you singing loudly your rendition of "Born Free". Your application will then be processed and a panel will then decide if further questioning is necessary or if you will receive the secret membership greeting code, which will get you "Jr." status membership, which may advance over the years if you prove yourself worth. So it's not really cliquey at all.
