It’s a very, VERY, slim hope, but I’m hoping that only the streaming version has this idiotic omission and that the missing music is on the physical product. The omission has drastically lowered my enthusiasm for this release at the moment. I wouldn't get your hopes up... The big labels continue to demonstrate they are incapable of handling catalog titles with the care and respect they deserve. I wish they'd outsource the entire catalog to Intrada or LLL; at least they care about what the fans want. Like I said, it’s a VERY slim hope.

Damn, if this really is missing music (even music that was on the original album??) that's a huge disappointment. I was really hopeful with Bruce Botnick's involvement that this would be near perfect, like Pocahontas was (probably the best Legacy Collection release so far, and Botnick worked on it). Yavar

Paying any penny for a digital download is ridiculous. Always.

Lol. Spotify & YouTube are for free. I've never paid and I'll never pay for a digital music. NO CD = NO SALE !

The film version of the reprise of Heaven’s Light is apparently missing, though the missing “Smite the Wicked” is the one major issue with the set that I know of. The set has been delayed till October 1st according to the Music Emporium’s website. I’m hoping this delay means that they’re doing something about the missing music, otherwise they’re not getting one red penny from me.

Here's a critique of the release from a customer on the Disney Music Emporium: "Upon first listening to this album, I was a little mixed at first. On the one hand, I'm glad to see the unreleased score for Hunchback finally getting a public release for the first time since the movie came out, but at the same time, I feel like it suffers from a few flaws. First off, the score piece for when Frollo falls to his demise during the final showdown on the Bell Tower is absent here. Secondly, the demo for "A Guy Like You" is duplicated twice. If you're going to have a demo for a song that's basically the same, I would suggest including the only copy of the demo that you want to use and call it a day. Other than that, I'd say this is a nice reissue of Hunchback's score by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz. If I were you, I'd go ahead and pick this up along with the first release of the soundtrack on CD. Go Menken and Schwartz!" So it's largely expanded but missing a few bits here and there.
