Oh now I see how it could also be read that way. My apologies if I misinterpreted. Yavar

Oh MV, all of your releases are stellar because you and your team are stellar and put a bunch of love and effort into every one. Some of my favorite releases of yours are the less “big” ones. Hang in there man, and keep your chin up. Yavar
He meant their plans won't be scaled back, not that the releases won't be stellar No it's not going to be a stellar set of releases. They will be good if we get approved in time but nothing jaw dropping. No Harry Potter set or Jurassic Park or Lethal weapon or Paramount Western set. Good solid releases that we hope folks like. MV

No it's not going to be a stellar set of releases. They will be good if we get approved in time but nothing jaw dropping. No Harry Potter set or Jurassic Park or Lethal weapon or Paramount Western set. Good solid releases that we hope folks like. MV IMO, that's completely OK. I could be wrong, but this is the way I personally see it: over the past several years--decade, really--LLL along with Intrada, Varese, etc. have managed to produce so many great releases including some that we never thought would see the light of day. Of course there are still those "grails" out there, but that number is dwindling and I imagine it's going to get increasingly harder to have those massive WOW! moments for Black Friday. While there are a few titles I hope will be part of their near future plans, I'm still eager to see whatever they release. Maybe there'll be titles I want, and maybe there won't be. Frankly, after the uncertainty this past Spring, I'm just grateful they're still here!

Hoping for a legit expanded Gladiator release. Although I think that would be considered spectacular, so maybe it therefore is not.

For me, a stellar and spectacular release could be so many different "small" titles! This indeed. One of my favorite releases this year was Howard Shore's Sliver but from what I understand I was one of the few people who ordered a copy. And my biggest Holy Grails are two Carter Burwell scores that most probably don't care about either, namely The Jackal and Fear. If those would ever be released, that be stellar and spectacular releases for me.

Dear MV, five questions: 1. Will the Star Trek farewell set be released this or next year? 2. Any plans for new "Stargate SG 1" and "Stargate: Atlantis" CDs? 3. Any news about CDs from the following Universal shows: "The Rockford Files", "Magnum, p.i.", "The A-Team", "Airwolf" and "Miami Vice"? 4. "MacGyver" still on hold? 5. An expanded Bond score this year? Thank you.

1. Will the Star Trek farewell set be released this or next year? Star Trek farewell set? Is this a rumor or something that's actually happening? Last I checked was a request thread from years ago where I suggested the TMP warp up effect. Is that the thing you're talking about? I don't know. If I remember correctly MV announced a final (at least for a while) "Star Trek"- four CD-Set for 2019 or 2020. I'm not sure, if there was a thread for it.
