Williams' titles be coming...same with Horner, Goldsmith and Newman "Newman" narrows it down to Alfred, Lionel, Randy, David, Thomas, and Joey! Nice - not only an amusing homage to Seinfeld but you managed to include a kickass quick cameo from the indomitable Ed O'Ross as a cop from that episode!

As for Newman I'm gonna guess it's David Newman - thinking that it might be The Flintstones as I know some folks have been after that one for a while, also a Universal/Amblin flick - so folks wondering about Universal stuff might be pleasantly surprised. ...but I'm usually wrong. The David Newman I'd love would be Anastasia!

Stop getting worked up over what will most likely amount to a crushing disappointment to a vast majority of you. June flyer will come out on the 1st. MV This should be on the updated LLL website as the new company slogan: "Crushingly Disappointing Film Score Connoisseurs since 2002"

A GOLDEN AGE...SET?? (and "at least one" is also intriguing) I know LLL has been saying for some time now that they'd like to tackle Korngold...but that'd be Warner Bros. which I thought was on hold until 2019. Yavar

Yavar A Korngold set does sound tantalizing as I've been meaning to get more Korngold into my collection, especially now that I've recently acquired the FSM twofer of Kings Row and The Sea Wolf (plus I immensely enjoy the isolated score on the DVD of Robin Hood). As for other Golden Age possibilities, Anne Frank is technically Golden Age, but of course we now know that's not coming this year so I'm particularly curious as to what other Golden Age scores they could have in the works. Personally, I'm hoping for some more Waxman, maybe a remastered Prince Valiant.

Personally, I'm hoping for some more Waxman, maybe a remastered Prince Valiant. We definitely need the latter with the wow-affected tracks fixed in particular. New tech should allow that. We do know LLL has two or three more Waxman scores in the works...I believe they have hinted (perhaps in this very thread) at an expanded Sayonara and Spirit of St. Louis. Yavar

Yavar I'd definitely grab Prince Valiant and Silver Chalice. Re: Peyton Place, I do so adore my Varese 2000...that's the one that opens up a magical world to me. However, I imagine I really do need to consider the LLL. Especially since I don't have "Adventures".

Oh wait, does that mean there will be MORE Alfred besides Diary? Forgive, I know I'm being insufferable! Alfred rules!

Oh wait, does that mean there will be MORE Alfred besides Diary? Forgive, I know I'm being insufferable! Alfred rules! Much as I’d like to see more Alfred, there are quite a few other Newmans in his family MV could be referring to such as Randy, David, and Thomas. Also, concerning Waxman, while Prince Valiant desperately needs a remaster (I’ve been tempted to get a used copy of the FSM, but keep holding off in case a remastered version gets released), the FSM of Silver Chalice (which is still in print) is probably the best that score is ever going to sound barring a miraculous discovery of the stereo tapes, which is pretty doubtful considering Warner’s history of tapes during that period.
