I was thanked for La La Land's HOOK 2CD set.

So was I razz along with a few other booklets. I still get a kick out of seeing my name and have to pinch myself.

Yes, on several occasions, probably for photos or research. Don't know exactly how many, but possibly 30 or 40.

Three, so far. LLL's X-Files Season 2, their Space: Above & Beyond set (a personal favorite) but I'm particularly proud of my credit on Perseverance's Slipstream.

And a few of us are getting credited on Gloria Chen's forthcoming album...

Well, they very often thank "all those who made this release possible." I, as a paying customer, help to finance such releases so, yes, I'll take that non-specific credit.

The folks who put together the Elfman/Burton box set were thoughtful enough to ask the posters at this board for ideas and suggestions for the release and were kind enough to thank all such contributors by name in the acknowledgements section of the book that came with the set.

So I'm in there.

Same here. Really proud of that one ! :-)

I was thanked in Intrada's "The Last Hard Men" booklet. There may have been another one, but I can't think of what it could possibly be, so I think it's just that one.

Anyone?

Not that I know of. Then again, I know of no particularly good reason why anyone should have done so as of yet, that helps me cope. :-)

Along with several others here, I was thanked in the Elfman/Burton box:

I'm also credited in the Caldera release of Söderqvist's KING OF DEVIL ISLAND, but that's because I was host in the audio commentary track.

That's it for me as far as CD booklets are concerned.

I, honest to God, don't remember what I did to merit it, but my name's there. Must've been something good.

Unfortunately! Back in the earliest days of the internet I provided
lyrics to the Diff'rnt Strokes theme to someone producing a CD compilation
of TV Theme Songs. Turned out it was a bizarre heavy metal collection
with an obscene title that I couldn't even post here. I got a free CD and
I couldn't listen to it for more than a few seconds.

... Was that band (appropriately censored for this board) A*** C***?

Because if it is, I may laugh myself to death.

I don't remember and I'm sure not checking now... to this day I did not know
what one of the words in the album title meant so I Googled it here at work before
I posted and now I'm hoping I don't get fired this afternoon! It involved dead
animals in some fashion.

Nope but I can been seen on a picture in one Alan Silvestri CD. that`s actually true, believe it or not.

Which one?

Musica De Cine 2. I attended the 2nd Film Music Festival in Madrid, Spain held back in 2007. Alan Silvestri was one of the guests and he had also a concert there. There`s a picture on Silvestri conducting the orchestra and in the background there`s a few people in the audience quite visible, one of them is me.
