Peter was humming multiple things throughout the show's run, from that one linked above, to things like:

Peter humming to TIE fighter SW music:

Peter humming the SW theme music:

Peter humming the Jurassic Park theme:

Peter humming to the Axel Foley Theme from "Beverly Hills Cop":

And of course Peter making up his own sneaking around music:

Listened to this twice today. A magnificent album, extremely well put together. Gives me a lot of hope for similar treatment of music from THE SIMPSONS and FUTURAMA.

I received the cd today, love it very much. Love the autographs too! It was a very difficult task to put the signed booklet in the cd case without causing any damage to the spine of the booklet because it was so thick wink

My copy just arrived.
Music is great, even better than I remember it.
The only bad moment - I couldn't make proper rip from CD and could do only mp3 (not flac, in test+copy mode) version, due problems with disc... frown

So, as a fan of this show, giving me a laugh today, thought I would check discogs to see how cheap I could get a copy, since it very sadly bombed for LLL???

Walter Murphy And Ron Jones (2) - Family Guy: Movement I (Original Score From The Television Series)

Url: https://www.discogs.com/release/8729306-Walter-Murphy-And-Ron-Jones-Family-Guy-Movement-I-Original-Score-From-The-Television-Series

????

So I'm irked I couldn't land this on the cheap, but happy the L sold out....or not? In which case I'm angered the L didn't see these numbers??
Very confused by this. Afraid to search further if I can get this under $100?!?! Thought it tanked, happy if it didn't!

The thing with limited editions is, if a title doesn't sell, the label doesn't order the full number that they were allowed to have manufactured. They might make 500 instead of 3000, and just let it die there. So a flop could be super-rare and therefore expensive on the second-hand market. I don't know if that's what happened with Family Guy.

Thank you Zap for your reply :-D

I only remember seeing our dear MV laud that this title tanked, and as a fan of the show....I kind of understood.
There is some terrific scoring in the series, but the fragmented nature surely scared off purchases? It did to me, sorry MV!

However, the discogs numbers are high, so i truly hope The L saw some of this coin.

I'm pretty sure that I have this. It's opened, but like new.
I could sell it for $40 USD plus shipping (I live in Canada).

As a casual fan of the show, I wasn't inspired to pick this up when the was released, but now that it's earned some nostalgia points, if it were released today, I'd snatch it right up. I guess sometimes it's better to strike when the iron is lukewarm.

Dude

Same!

I watch this when I'm down (often!) and never bothered to check the L album out.

However...."I've just made a deal that'll keep the Empire out of here forever"

:-D

I think I sell my copy too in the near future. Good music, no question, but I can live without it.
