Unfortunately these library tracks can be difficult to purchase in CD quality.
All the BPM Score Music Series tracks which you can listen to on the Universal Production Music website had at first been released on physical CDs about 20 years ago in the years 2000 or 2001. So all those tracks exist of course also in CD quality.
All together these were 27 CDs of which I have a few myself. So all the PATRIARCHI/GIACOBBE tracks which you can listen to now on the Universal website already existed in CD quality many years ago.
Here for example the BPM 3014 CD with the title "War" which is quite easy to purchase at Discogs even now and which contains three of the Marinuzzi/Usuelli tracks:

I don´t think that the various RCA SP library LPs like the "Drammatici e musiche di tensione psicololgica" series will ever be reissued on CD and you probably also won´t find them online on library websites. The question is even whether all the tracks on these LPs have been preserved till today - see my above list of PATRIARCHI/GIACOBBE tracks which are available ONLY on those LPs.

Regarding the Usuelli-Marinuzzi, jr. scores from "I patriarchi" and "Giacobbe l'uomo che lottò con Dio" ("The Patriarchs" / "James, The Man Who Fought With God"), I've assembles a comprehensive track list of the material that has been made available so far, using tracks from those 1970s LPs, the GDM album (download only), and those tracks put out by Universal Music Production (first on various CD compilations, then later for streaming and downloading).
What hasn't been said above is the fact, that the music of all those eleven Universal tracks are in true and beautiful stereophonic sound. But the LP tracks and the GDM album are in mono.
Once again, the following list was made possible thanks to Stefan's large knowledge about these films and scores. He also made up the track titles - I'm reusing them. The titles in brackets are either from the LPs, GDM or Universal. All in all, you would get a CD filled to the max of roughly 80 minutes including doubling some material that exists in mono as well as in stereo.

The hear "Phyrric Victory – Reprise" you need to click on the track title "Phyrric Victory", then you see four different versions, the longer one with chourus which is "Phyrric Victory" followed by "Phyrric Victory – Reprise" which is an instrumental. The other two versions are not important and superfluous as these tracks are merely edits of the first two versions made by Universal Music Production.
