One minor flaw about this release...several previously-unreleased cues are not marked as such with the double ** on the back of the CD insert. This isn't just an Intrada thing, either.

Yes, its an actual production cel. It was shot on film and used in the animation process. (Not a reproduction.) I won it off of ebay many years ago. It was a steal, the final bid was around $120 dollars. This type of cell generally went for $250-$350 dollars at the time.
It's also a highly prized cel because of the number of characters on it, none of the characters are "cut off" (full frontal) and the fact all their eyes are open. It's difficult to find cels with such framing.
