Skip to 1:27 of this for one of my favorites that few people here know: https://youtu.be/lBT9WmbWtbE

To be exact, my favorite waltz melody comes in around 3:35, but I figured I’d point folks to the beginning of the cue at least, not the middle.

Keiji Inai - FAMILIA MYTH II ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK 1 - Dance with Aiz Wallenstein.
Nice sound, remind me little P. I. Tchaikovsky.

Dance with Aiz Wallenstein - track start at 11:30

Ron, thank you for your link to another recording of the Tomorrow Waltz. I heard it as a kid, but didn't know where to find it nor who composed it. I believe it was Thor who pointed out the episode. Also enjoyed hearing The Cardinal Waltz. That is such a lovely soundtrack.

Fernando Velazquez wrote a waltz for Crimson Peak which is okay. However, his Edith Theme is at times played as a slow waltz and is gorgeous.

One of the greatest film sequences of all time is this incredible waltz scene from Sergei Bondarchuk's 1967 "War and Peace":

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k30OO5_nEWY

The widescreen image is cropped but the emotions come through hugely. And I mean hugely.

Music by Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich Ovchinnikov

This is the scene a bit truncated but widescreen:

Is that a waltz? If it is it totally gets my vote!

Addams Family by Marc Shaiman anyone?

I love the Goldsmith (most here know that the entire BOYS FROM BRAZIL score is written in 3/4), Elfman, and Goldenthal examples already given, and would add Herrmann’s lovely “Memory Waltz” from ANNA KARENINA.

You mean the Memory Waltz from SNOWS OF KILIMANJARO. That said, I absolutely adore Constant Lambert's evocative score fo the Vivien Leigh KARENINA, to which I was introduced via Herrmann's lovely suite that he conducted.

Elmer Bernstein wrote many great waltzes.

But one I really love is Vladimir Cosma's 'La Valse D'Augustine' from 'Le Chateau de ma Mere' (My Mother's Castle).

Goldsmiths Legend-macabre waltz with devil and innocence!

My choice, too.

Although Rozsa was mentioned, what I feel is one of his greatest wasn't, "The Twilight Waltz" from PROVIDENCE

Not written for THE MAGNIFICENT AMBERSONS, but used to great advantage in the Welles' movie, Waldteufel's 'Toujours ou Jamais."

Really ought to be published. Pianists are always asking for this. But no income can be generated until the music is available for sale.
