I'm hoping it's an anthology box set of everything he did in the 1980s, pre Batman.
That would be cool of course, but unless that was all done for one corporate entity it seems unlikely.

Over at the Intrada forum, someone suggested that it could be Elfman’s arrangements of Bernard Herrmann’s music for the Gus Van Sant remake of Psycho. Considering Roger has expressed interest in releasing it in the past, I suppose it’s possible that’s the Elfman.

Sure would be nice (and I am sure, profitable) if Intrada were able to leverage their Disney connections into a standalone complete release of The Nightmare Before Christmas… frankly I think the Elfman box set arrangement could even be improved upon and added to in a few ways.

Yeah, I don't know what Danny Elfman score it is, but since I have no additional information as to what score this might be, any guess is as good as any other. SUMMER SCHOOL was recently released, so that is indeed unlikely, but other than that... who knows? We will see.
Great Escape, Psycho II, Alien and 2-CD Jaws, all of these are must haves for me. Which is why I already have them all.
