Great news, of course. It's been a holy grail of mine for years, despite excellent bootlegs. Of course, I can't currently afford it, with current shipping rates and whatnot ($50 total is beyond my financial abilities), but I'm just glad it's finally released.
It will likely be included in one of LALA's sales in the future so hopefully you will be good by then.
I want this but will wait for a sale just as I do for all of their releases. I have never had a score sell out before they had at least one sale on an item I wanted.
I'm no fan of the film, so I can't recall the ins and outs of the score, unlike Fletch and Beverly Hills Cop, but 'Danger Zone' and 'Take My Breath Away' are part of my youth. I like Faltermeyer a lot, but I've held off on his expansions so far because I'm not sure I like him for a whole expanded album, but this time I don't know.

Not the amount of autograph copies available. We know it’s 150. I’m mentioning the actual order numbers people received after placing an order that’s a six digit number I believe.
Also ordered after it was announced but had this problem the first time: Something went wrong.. Paypal's Express Checkout payment didn't process successfully.
The 2nd time it worked... I hope I got one autographed copy.
Did anyone manage to get Top Gun with the Fletch Lives deal?
They still advertise the deal, but the link for Fletch Lives just redirects to the 1980s release page, and Fletch Lives is nowhere to be found on the site. Sold out, perhaps? At least I can't find any way to add it to the cart.

I ordered it separately immediately after since in my haste to place my order, I didn't even see the deal (I'll just eat the extra shipping I guess, so its slightly LESS of a deal ).
But in my order status it states "This product cannot be reordered because it's out of stock." so I may have gotten one of the last copies in stock.
I got my order in a little while ago, but it looks like I missed the autograph, too. I guess this was announced early today, since I am used to titles being available at 3 PM ET / 12 PM PT. Oh well.

Would you believe I’m probably the last person on the planet to have never seen Top Gun?! Yet everyone’s excitement over this release has convinced me I must own this.
Ive never had a connection between the songs and a film outside of a musical. I usually find "tracked in" songs a distraction if not annoying. But in this case I totally connect with the songs within the context of the film. Very happy as many others this has finally come out.
