So glad I got my mitts on a new and sealed copy in a trade with a friendly FSMer. Otherwise, I would have missed out on this wonderful set - except for crazy money that is.

UN TAXI MAUVE - musique de Philippe SARDE

Not a huge fan of Celtic music - and hence, NOT Titanic, NOT Braveheart.... etc. - but Sarde does it just right, IMHO.

LE CHOC - musique de Philippe SARDE

I could listen to this score for days. Wonderful melodies, brilliantly orchestrated.

TESS - musique de Philippe SARDE

After so many listens over the years, I am still, struck dumb by the sheer beauty of this work. Masterpiece.

DARK OF THE SUN - musique de Jacques LOUSSIER

Interestingly, the men - except for the Yahtzee - seem almost indifferent to her in the film. Granted, Mimieux is very de-glamorized. Still. Taylor and Brown only seem to have eyes for each other.

Pilfered, adapted, arranged and conducted by HORNER. Any original composition is purely coincidental.

I don't know who composed this, but Jimbo it ain't.
