yes there was a show in the 80's called Small Wonder, I loved it, I was a kid, a robot named Vicki, fun theme song as well. yes it was corny, but even funnier, they used that as a joke, that was really good!!

Well, MV has nudged me in several posts that theres apparently a Shirley Walker album in the works - but never said WHAT. (Yet Soundtrack Release Rule #4 - Strike While The Iron Is Hot - it would make sense for a TAS release, with The Dark Knight coming out this summer)

However, MV also mentioned by name that they were working on a definitive Outer Limits set about two years ago. Add to that LLL's long-standing (and much appreciated!) affection for Frontiere's work and previously autographed albums and it sounds like a pretty fair chance that this is it.

If its what I think it is, there is going to be a outpouring of the likes of Intrada releasing Alien.

i'm happy for you then, as i have no interest in the title---another $30 saved. smile Bummer that it's not the BTAS set. but it's not like there's a shortage of scores i want to buy.

I too expect the long-awaited Outer Limits set that was hinted at some time ago.
Essential purchase if that's what it is.

I think it's getting pretty clear that's what it is. As MV said, "Maybe there is a clue somewhere amongst these posts. . ." Like perhaps someone's avatar. . .

Me too, can't stand them. But I gues that does make The Outer Limits a more likely choice than I'd previously thought. No complaints here if it is, either. I picked up the GNP disc not too long ago and loved it. I could certainly use another few discs worth of it, too.

Speaking of long rumored releases, whatever happened to that Zatoichi: The Best Cuts CD that La La Land was planning?

I know what it is. I was tipped off when I called LLL to straighten out a bank screw up on my last order. (They paid LLL twice). LLL fixed that problem btw. I just hope I have enough cash to grab the new release and the Intrada releases next week.

Awesome news! By then I expect I'll have seen quite a few of the films, too -- I'm planning on picking up at least the first four when Deep Discount's big sale starts in a couple weeks.

I'm hoping there will be a good amount of Ichiro Saito music on there. There don't seem to be all that many releases of his scores out there at the moment.

The speculation is still pointless though. Fun for some, maybe, but still pointless. No amount of guessing will change the outcome. What will be, will be!
