It seemed to me that many were annoyed by my messages and my admiration for Faltermeier's scores ... WHAT THE HECK??? Tell me who they are and I will personally meet at their door with a baseball bat. They will never again be able to discern a tuba from a trombone. I have been on the board for 20 years, posting about synth scores. And I will continue for 20 more years.

The only difference is that we like the synth score and they like the orchestral score. Thank you! A baseball bat is a good idea!)))) First Breath, I may be a little off topic, but I wanted to say that I am inspired by your love for the scores of Faltermeyer, Levay, Elias ... etc. I'm glad you interviewed them! Thank you! Continue to write further - I am very interested in reading! "True" score lovers. If they can't accept different tastes, they are not worth much. I haven't interviewed Faltermeyer yet, but maybe some day. I would have loved to ask him the questions no one asks. Enough talk of Axel F... I guess you have checked my site: https://my-blog-of-interviews.webnode.com/

I reread some of them several times. I'm very pleased that You managed to get an interview with Jay Ferguson. I dream of his BESTSELLER score. Hope you can get an interview with Faltermeyer.

The Ferguson interview is old, 2004 or something. I guess I should have done a new, better and updated one.

I guess you have checked my site: https://my-blog-of-interviews.webnode.com/ There is nothing wrong in one loving these kind of scores and/or composers. I love a lot of crap movies and/or music, most of all from the time I wa a kid. But I know it is crap. I won't argue that it is good. No sir. So would you have been less annoying if we told you "Yes, Totoro, these scores we love are really crap"? Would that make you happy in some way? Pleased? Would you have felt some kind of victory? I'm just curious about the psychology behind that whole behaviour of yours on this board. That "broken record" thing. That wish you seem to have about pointing out what is "good" and "bad" in your opinion, and repeating it endlessly. It's puzzling. It really is. But I think you can do something about it if you really try.
