I tend to really like Horner's stuff but this one was a little "middle of the road" for me? Give me Man Without A Face, Krull, House Of Cards or Mighty Joe Young any day of the week over this one. Something about it just struck me as a little too safe, a little too ... sterile, almost? To each their own. (Was talking to a friend yesterday and she said how much she loved Debney's How To Train Your Dragon. I heard soundclips on Amazon and thought to myself, "Wow, this is what I was hoping Avatar was going to sound like...") Anytime you mention The Man Without A Face, I have to comment. God I love that score (except for that awful Sneakers rip in "Flying"). I hadn't actually sat down to watch the film in a long, long time, and it's almost weird to hear the score in the movie now. You know? Anyway, I really wish Horner would write music like this again. Intelligent orchestrations and themes all over the place!

It's a while since I've seen the film, what is the best music left off the original album?
