Ordered! And thanks for the 10,000! No one ever thanks you for not playing close to the vest we've gotta sell-out in two weeks game. You give EVERYBODY a shot at this. And like Intrada's 5000 pressing of BOYS FROM BRAZIL I doubt it will take a year to finally sell-out. You're the man!

I second each and every word of this.

OK, I will second the first word in a few weeks' time. smile

I'm going to get a copy, one thing I REALLY liked was sound samples on ALL the tracks. I wish more people did this, I guess that can go both ways to have sound samples on every track.

Pretty neat stuff here, I agree with Allardyce, great cover!!

"A final note about this release: In recent years, a limited edition of this sort would sell out quickly. FSM has negotiated with the American Federation of Musicians (whose players performed the music and are due “re-use” fees for the album) to make this CD a limited edition of 10,000 copies (not the customary 3,000)—enough so that everyone can get one. But if your response to this is, “Good, I’ll get it later”—truly no good deed goes unpunished, and we’ll never try this again! Black Sunday is John Williams action scoring circa 1977—what are you waiting for? Buy it now!
"

I'll be slamming down my 20 bucks tonight then! Thanks Lukas!

Pity I didn't wait a few more days, I could have combined this with BLUE MAX/ISLANDS and saved myself five bucks in shipping. Hey Lukas, next time, just PM me the title beforehand, I won't tell anyone, promise! wink

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my favorite movies of all time!
One of my favorite film scores of all time!
Now I can retire the unmentionable I've had for over a decade and turn it into the coaster it always deserved to be.

Just minding my own business, I thought I'd check the board during lunch. I'm glad I'd finished my soup! :-) ORDERED.

I've been waiting for this since 1977 as a high school kid on a limited music-buying budget. Now I'm a middle-aged guy still on a limited music-buying budget, but now I'll have Black Sunday to listen to. First Islands in the Stream, now Black Sunday.

There'll be 'splainin' to do with the family CFO...
