I love and support LLL, but this is the release of the month, thus far. Great package.

To continue where the other thread left off, one thing I love about FSM's art direction is that the studios are breaking out the old key art. You'd never get original artwork like this on DVD covers nowadays! Amen. Lukas has been known to be obsessive with details -- even punctuation and what-have-you. Thank goodness for this, as it leads to the finest CD packages from any label out there; period.

Just placed my order. This is great. Really looking forward to hearing both of these. One of the best scores from an American film, Marathon Man, finally available in fine form, thanks to the fine folks at Film Score Monthly.

Very interesting to note how Lukas decided to pit this CD against such megastar products like ID4 and Poseidon Adventure. "Is it safe?" They'll see, I suppose. Personally -- and this isn't a strong business mind, to say the least -- but it seems it could have hurt sales on a day like today -- or was it rushed to beat the empty wallets later in the week?

just re watching Marathon Man (again) and checking the tracks against the movie.Been waiting so long for this score. Ordered :-) What a great film it is. From the opening scenes of Dustin Hoffman running in Central Park the Michael Small scores lets the viewer know that something unusual is about to happen to the guy. Definitely an American classic.
