I’m kinda surprised there isn’t anything decent out there for A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Mike Mattesino was pretty sure it had had a theatrical release overseas… maybe try foreign titles?
As a South African, I guess I should be outraged, OUTRAGED I tell you, at the number of American actors cast as South Africans and completely butchering our accent.
steffromuk: I remember seeing a custom cover for Jerry Goldsmith's Hawkin's, but I can't seem to find it. Can it be reposted, or could someone point me to it?
There are two different covers for Hawkins on Murder created by Brad Wills based on art by Bernie Fuchs.

TripleC*27: Does anyone have an old custom cover of H. Friedhofer's Seven Cities of Gold/The Blue Angel, the one that was paired up with The Rains of Rainchipur from Kritzerland?
I hope this helps, a month later...
There is a cover for The Blue Angel designed by raferjanders (our MVP, IMO!) ...
For Seven Cities of Gold the only custom cover that I know about is for the 1996 Moscow Symphony Orchestra, William T. Stromberg recording, so not necessarily useful for the original sountrack. That excellent cover is also by raferjanders.

Hello Kenneth English . I really like your Alt-cover work. Was wondering you could make the following covers for the SHAWSCOPE VOLUME ONE - LIMITED EDITION CD's. These are the following tittles that need covers. Thanks for ur time & effort if you can do this or if anyone else wants to give it a try!!!

Thanks a lot for finding these!! much appreciated!
This is the highest quality color photo I've been able to find for the 1974 A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. (Can anybody find better?)
I realize it's not amazing, but I would love to get a complete set of matching Goldsmith at 20th covers from you steffromuk, so if there's anything you can do...
Interesting that it was, like The Homecoming: A Christmas Story, intended as both a TV movie and a backdoor pilot for a TV series which alas never came to be...

P.S. to raferjanders -- fine work as always! I especially love your striking Outlaw Josey Wales cover.

This is wonderful!!! I couldn't find this photo in good enough quality. This is more than I could expect!
Pamelyn Ferdin! I remember when I was a kid, she was in everything! She was Jan Brady's friend, Felix Unger's daughter, and the voice of Lucy Van Pelt!

Thank you Yavar
You’re more than welcome, steffromuk!
So I think that’s five of the seven titles sorted in terms of color stills, with only the two entirely unaired pilots remaining… I wonder what if anything can be done for them.
Can you remind me, steffromuk — are you and I Facebook friends?
Oh darn. I’d thought we were too, but couldn’t find you there so that makes sense. Too bad you aren’t still sharing your custom cover art there!

Facebook was really damaging my mental health. I had to get out of there. Now I have an Instagram account only dedicated to my covers and nothing else. and another just for my work.
Good for you! Sounds like you made the right decision. Yeah, FB sometimes doesn't go well for me either. Glad to hear you're still sharing your fine work on Instagram though!
