What I'm hearing right now is Jim Morrison singing 'This is the end.. '

Thank God we got ST:TMP and the TOS and TRL and the John Williams expansions, because where we are right now, they would never happen.

TRL? What's TRL? The Thin Red Line? Or something else? (All these annoying abbreviations. confused )

Probably (The) Thin Red Line. Or LLL released the soundtrack to MTV's Total Request Live. That show was great.

As for UME we are waiting for business affairs to get licenses in order so that's the hold up with the 10 titles we have brewing there right now.

No Bond until later next year (hopefully) ...the new film is the top priority now for all involved.

What is UME? Is it something Universal?

Hang in there MV

We’ve been given such treasures fo so long, and these issues might just be a temporary setback.

I’m losing count of the number of favorite soundtracks to come from your label.

Thank you.

(All these annoying abbreviations. confused )

Oh, Bond threads are the worst for that! My eyes roll back into my head when Bond fans start yammering about how DN was lousy, while FRWL was better than GF and TB. Or YOLT was inferior to OHMSS, and DAF was misguided. Then LAALD, TMWTGG and TSWLM supposedly sent the franchise spiraling into the ludicrous MR, and then FYEO, OP and AVTAK drove it into the ground, with NSNA as an aberration. Nobody seemed to like poor TD, in TLD or LTK. And then GE tarted it all up, but had the worst score, with TND and TWINE becoming increasingly ridiculous again, with DAD sealing the deal. By the time we get to kvetching about CR, QOS, SF and SP, I'm passed out on the floor.

Looking forward to revisiting the scores, though.

But when discussing Bond these abreviations are obvious in contexct and some titles are really looong (is It really necessary to write On Her Majesty's Secret Service in a Bond thread?).
Howewver that is not the case when referring to a specific title released by LLL among their 500 releases.

That was my attempt at humor, danbeck! Although, truthfully, all those avalanches of abbreviations drive me up the wall. OHMSS is the only one I use.

In order for everyone to keep calm and sleep tonight, I can reveal that TRL was indeed a lazy way of writing Thin Red Line. Yes it should have been TTRL because the films title is really THE Thin Red Line, which only compounds my laziness.

I apologise for any stress or tension caused but welcome any positive feedback for adding to everyone's sense of mystery and excitement today.

Its very, very hot here in the UK today. People go crazy in such heat and that reflects on the dumb posts being posted by so many of us from the UK today. Dear God why can't it RAIN....

I understand now, but I still challenge you to rewrite your post spelling all titles and names complete!

It is perfectly right and proper to omit THE when referring to a title.

Trust me, I'm a professional.

Hopefully, things will improve for the better, I do really miss regular updates and the monthly flyers! As consolation we know there are stellar titles waiting for approval.

Just a suggestion, but for all those who have the money to spend, why not go and flip through the pages on the LLLR website and the check the low-quantities page and maybe buy some stuff, help them make it through this year without too many bumps.
