WANT!

I went to order about 40 minutes after it went on sale but when I went to the checkout, it told me it was out of stock. I literally yelled "WHAT THE FUCK" in our work canteen, scaring the shit out of our new team leader.

Peter, maybe you should hire one or two of these people with insane attention to detail who noticed those typos. Maybe they would even review things for free to avoid their treasured releases having typos on them.

The graphic was simply an older graphic that had gone through revisions and was corrected. The corrected version WAS sent to the printers a while ago. An older version of the cover was uploaded for us to use now, that was it. Nothing more. You caught us, we're human, not perfect smile

This is the expansion I've wanted over any other title. Fantastic! The release of the year for me and I don't expect any other title can top it. The good people at Varese have my undying gratitude for this (and for Predator 2 and The Abyss as well). Now we have to wait until the end of May for shipping. Something to look forward to. Can't wait!

And only $24.98. A bargain!!

78 min (with a few seconds-long cues) + end titles suite... I would have preferred a 1-cd release.

but, oh well, is nice anyway. smile

It was just a glitch, I ordered it a minute later, but that was an alarming minute. Although, it was amusing to see the terror in the team leader's eyes.

I think you need to start putting mastering information in the press releases.

+1
it's the first thing I look for!

Is that new release really complete? It seems that the "unofficial" editions had a longer running time and Chris Avis was talking about two orchestras involved in the recording of this score.

I don't know whether it's complete, but I do see that the packaging and press release do not claim that it's complete.

This is going to make a lot of people very happy. Another winner, Peter amd colleagues.

BP is one of those composers who I feel I should like much more than I actually do (see also Michael Kamen) but I've never classed him as a favourite. I might watch the film again (any excuse!) to remind myself of the score. Maybe this will be the one that breaks the invisible barrier that seems to exist for me.

It appears that the score itself is complete. If I recall correctly, some of the unmentionables had alternate takes and album edits on them, which would beef up the running time, but not necessarily represent additional music.

DMD, could you send me a copy of the edition WITH the typos and also one which has some naked pictures of Dina Meyer from the film in the booklet?
Thanks smile
