AMAZING thread. Don't let this one slip away into obscurity, people.

I'll be back to actually contribute something of greater value than this when my time allows in a few days.

Dr. Doom, congrats on presenting some real gems here. There's a lot of stuff I've never heard of that I can't wait to pour over!

this is a passion project for me and i will continue to update it and encourage everyone else to help me finding and sharing those gems.
Edit: Ezio Bossos Oceans Symphony is a Bullseye. Thanks a lot!
Edit2:This led to the discovery of his beautiful ill ragazza invisible score on spotify, which is in the single tracks which you can scroll through at the end of it.

Debbie Wiseman-The Musical Zodiac

Available from amazon.com as cd for 24$ new or 11$ used.It is a collection of pieces performed by a small orchestra (around 20+), each one representing a star sign. Its very thematic, very varied. Each piece is different and they are all gorgeous. If you enjoy her drama scores, this is more like that.

It is extremeley enjoyable filmscorelike music.I highly recommend it.

Metropolis Symphony by Michael Daugherty
0.44$ used on amazon.com, and available digitaly and on spotify
Its a Symphony based on SUPERMAN! Its very quirky, thematic, inventiv and incredibly energetic music.(which seems to be the case with all of his works. He wrote 3 pieces as an hommage to Star Trek Original Series about Vulcan, and its simply fantastic)
There are 5 Movements and an extra supermanthemed piece.1 is lex, 2 is krypton. then mr.mzxyptlk,oh lois, the incredible red cape tango and a piece about bizzaro. All are very different from each other and simply exciting.Made me a fan of his and i will check out his other works on spotify, which are plentyful.

It is extremely enjoyable filmscorelike (well, parts of it) music.I highly recommend it.

Alan Bush Symphony 1 and 2 "Nottingham"

8.99$ used and new on amazon.com.Not on spotify but on youtube.

If you ever wanted to know where Bruce Broughton got his inspiration from, look no further. The second movement of the first symphony from 1945 is basicly a 10min action cue that could be straight out of narrow margin or the shadow conspiracy.it belongs in every broughton collection ;-) The first and 3rd movements are very dark and sad, but the second and the fourth (which has an incredible theme) are VERY excting.
On the same cd is also the second symphony, very likely based on Robin Hood and it sounds like Golden Age heroic music.Very pleasent!

It is extremely enjoyable filmscorelike music.I highly recommend it!

Chad Seiter Recore

Its 12$ digitaly and on spotify.

It took a while but chad first gamescore has been released. Its modern music with classic sensibility.A massiv scifi actionscore for an xbox one exclusive.Very emotional beautiful theme, eguitars, lots of percussion, huge choir and combined with Chads infinitely cool rythms, dramatic buildup and brilliant orchestrations it basicly destroys everything similar from RCP.Thats how modern music can sound like if you put effort into it.over 90mins with lots of highlights, especially the main theme and endtitle variation of it and the breathtaking the cradle and the finale, the prime core.that track gets me every time.i think even RCP haters will enjoy it.Think Destiny in much more awesome.

It is extremely enjoyable filmscorelike music.I highly recommend it!

Nigel Hess The Food of Love

Its 10 Pounds from Amazon.co.uk or much more expensive from .com.

Its music written for Shakespeare Theater works, usually performed there by 6-12 players. But here it is arranged for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Choir and Solosingers.Needless to say, its fantastic.A fair comparisson would be similar music by
Patrick Doyle.14 track, 78mins.Huge highlights.

It is extremely enjoyable filmscorelike music.I highly recommend it.

There is an undiscovered album by Ryan Amon (Elysium, Bloodborne) titled 'The Sketchbook', which has film-like music in the style of John Barry and James Horner. Quite different from his previous works and worth a listen. I think it's for sale on Amazon and CD Baby but you can also find the tracks on YouTube if you search for it.

its on spotify, no need for youtube.seems to be pretty low budget i think.i dont mind that. i also enjoyed the low budget dragonborn symphony inspired by skyrim which is also on spotify.the music there is so beautiful that you forget very soon that its only a handful of musician and synth replacements,

Thank you for your suggestions, guys. Please don't let this thread die any time soon. I've ordered many of the classical titles from Amazon beginning towards the end of last week. Eight or Nine, I reckon.

Sounds like LEGENDS OF THE FALL as penned by Rachel Portman.
