While they’re mostly by Rozsa, I have nine scores from the films of Stewart Granger:

The Light Touch
The Prisoner of Zenda (1952)
Young Bess
All the Brothers Were Valiant
Beau Brummell
Green Fire
Moonfleet
Bhowani Junction
Sodom and Gomorrah

Yep. Have all of those save one.

Just curious, which one is that?

Unless I missed it, nobody said Tom Hanks. Forrest Gump, Apollo 13, Saving Private Ryan, Bridge of Spies to name only a few.

I keep scanning imdb for many of the actors with hundreds of credits like William Schallert, John Carradine, Eric Roberts, etc. and big stars like Harrison Ford, Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, etc. and in most cases I can barely break 20-25 scores (usually much less - and I have 3000+ soundtracks).

The ONLY actors who I have more than 40 scores are Charlton Heston and Sir Christopher Lee.
Sean Connery is close but doesn't hit 40.
Most actress: Shirley MacLaine with 27

One note: I don't think it is kosher to count an actor if he appeared in an episode or maybe a couple of a TV series for which have a score collection unless you are 100% certain the episode in which they appeared is in the collection. For instance, you could count "The Trouble with Tribbles" from STAR TREK for William Schallert, but there are tons more I can't be certain of. Even then, nobody beats Heston and Lee for me.

@ Mr. TackTheCobbler: Just saw this post. I don't have The Prisoner of Zenda. Otherwise, I'm good.

Sorry for the lateness of my reply.

I stopped at 1960, 'cuz I got bored. I probably would have added a few to Loren, who stalled out at 3.

Brando 5 (prolly more, with his 60's and 70's top-dollar appearances)
Flynn 6 (prolly more, with the Gerhardts)
Garland 6
Tierney 7
Davis 10 (not counting Death on the Nile, and all the suites on the Gerhardts, which would have more than doubled the count!)

I skimmed past Lana Turner, who was probably 4, giving Olivier and Andrews a run for their money.

Updated:

Brando 5 (prolly more, with his 60's and 70's top-dollar appearances)
Flynn 6 (prolly more, with the Gerhardts)
Garland 6
Tierney 7
Moorehead 9
Douglas 12
Lancaster 14
Davis 10 - 20
