I have seen dozens and dozens of "new" subscribers to the Facebook page of Film Score Monthly. Some names I know have come here, but many have not...at least, not as contributors.
I have taken the liberty of going to the FB site for FSM and posting the link to our messageboard!!!
If you feel like encouraging them, post a comment to that post asking them to join us.
Idea: wear something that will get others talking to us, so we can bring them into the Soundtrack NerdFold.

I made a brand new one for us.
I chose Girly Pink, Barbie Pink and Virgin White, since we need to attract women.
We could WEAR this pattern, on our ascots, speedos, kilts.... you name it. People would be attracted, and we could lure them into listening to Korngold and Zimmer.

To be honest, to get the numbers thriving, we could probably do with replacing the tech and make this board more smartphone savvy and app based.
Nope. This forum is perfect as is. We don't need a bunch of smartphone zombies and social media fiends overrunning the place. Let's keep this place small and elitist, please.
We need ideas, people! How do we start bringing people in?
Via conscription. We issue draft cards and we draft people.
Would there be an age limit, like the military draft?
We could consider it. And people who get drafted must have a minimum of a dozen favorite film scores. If they don't fulfill the requirements when drafted, they have to immediately start rectifying their ways.
