Looks like Balfe's rendition of Axel F starts at 0.44.
I wonder how many of Faltermeyer's themes will be replicated.

There are several which were reused throughout parts 1 and 2.

One of the most underrated is this theme here.

In part 1, used several times

In part 2 used a few times

That is indeed a good question.

Oh I’m down for this…

I was a bit....meh....about this when I heard about it but after watching the trailer, it seems like Eddie Murphy is actually playing the Axel Foley we loved from BHC 1. Consider my interest piqued.

First clip.

Sounds very 80s!

Mixed bag for me. Too much cursing, and the score is … well, it's there, I can say that.

Great clip above! If that's symptomatic for the score as a whole, I'm gonna dig this!

Too much cursing,

BYes, because the Beverly Hills Cop movies were always known for their family-friendly language...

I don't need a lecture, I've seen all three films. It's not registering the same, and there's too much in this one short clip.

It does sound terrific. Shades of Race Track from BHCOP 2 score !
A good old arpeggiated synthesizer.

Looking forward to this one now.
