After a program is broadcast it is also available to watch on-line (free) for a limited amount of time. Yes, but only in the U.S. It is blocked in other countries. Here's David Arnold's principal two-part theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEmKAdKHfdI

I have read somewhere that the writers have had a meeting (this was some weeks ago) and a second series was going to be written up for filming next year. May already have been discussed on the forum previously but the second Downey Holmes film is currently filming on location in the UK.

Filmed in the summer, the second series is due to screen in the UK into January I believe. One of the papers ran a story saying Cumberbatch's Sherlock is drawn towards a lesbian dominatrix as part of the on-going story over the episodes, apparently. 1 January 2012- A Scandal in Belgravia BBC 1 8:10 p.m. 8 January 2012 - The Hounds of Baskerville - BBC 1 15 January 2012 - The Reichenbach Fall - BBC 1 DVD release- 23 January 2012

undoubtedly you will be able to stream it on bbc iplayer or utoob or some such new fangled futuristic paraphernalia. I liked the main theme - dont really remember the incidental music much, although it gave the programme an atmosphere and identity of its own, at least. Something very rare in TV and film these days. So often we - in the UK - have to wait for stuff over the years - films, the next series of The Sopranos, CDs in the post, - makes a change for you lot to get something after us!!! ha ha.
