Bat related except the new stuff. So Classic animated Batman, as opposed to classic Superman or Justice League. Sorry, I should be more specific. So, just to clarify we will NOT be releasing any more NEW DC Animated soundtracks of their direct to video line. We do plan on releasing New Adventures of Batman and Robin and The New Batman Adventures. Sub Zero is also slated. Batman Beyond is a possibility.
Well, this is sad - I own all LLL's Batman and Justice League (except the last one, but I plan to order this one as soon as possible and I promise that you'll get order from me ) CDs, and all of them are great. You know that I'm not so fond in contemporary music, but that releases are really fine. Sad to hear that even Caped Crusaders is not good seller - Dynamic Trio did FANTASTIC job with this one! Now the only way is CD-R, in case if Warners ever decide to do albums for any future films... From another hand - at least we still get the rest CLASSIC albums from TAS era some day... This is GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!! I'm on the fence with Superman TAS. I love the series and adore the music. If we do it, and can make some kind of deal with WB, it might be a box set featuring the rest of the scores priced high and limited to 500 to 1000 units. Hell, may even do a pre order thing to see if its worth it. MV
This is interesting idea. Can you tell approximatly - how big this box could be (5-7-10 CDs for example)? And of course - I'll in in any case, and if you decide to do pre-order model, it can be even better! Just awarn us about this in 2-4 months before release - like you did with Trek or Friday the 13th )))

We do plan on releasing New Adventures of Batman and Robin and The New Batman Adventures. Sub Zero is also slated. Batman Beyond is a possibility. So happy these are coming (and relieved Sub Zero is a go). I really hope Batman Beyond makes it as well. Beyond BTAS, BB is what I've wanted more than anything DCAU. Such a cool sound and so much great material. I'm on the fence with Superman TAS. I love the series and adore the music. If we do it, and can make some kind of deal with WB, it might be a box set featuring the rest of the scores priced high and limited to 500 to 1000 units. Hell, may even do a pre order thing to see if its worth it. Whoa! Now that would be cool. I'd be a pre-order for sure. From earlier in the thread: Three Chris Drake DC animated scores were planned but eventually cancelled due to the composer. He did not like the mixes he had but didn't supply new ones for us to release. Sadly almost every single one of these CDs we have released have failed in terms of sales. We were very honored to release these great scores but they never seemed to have found much of an audience. Real shame about this. I've enjoyed the Drake scores you've released, especially Wonder Woman. Drake's DCAU scores really went above and beyond the sound you'd expect from a DTV animated score. I was really hoping for All-Star Superman some day. Such is life. Keep rocking that early DCAU!

Er...any sixties epic comedies planned for this year? It's probably a "No duh" answer, but I'm blanking on examples. Can somebody name some?

Someone a few pages ago mentioned that there were rumors years ago about another Bear McCreary BSG release of stuff that didn't make the original season albums. I too would be up for that. Granted, I figure it would have happened by now. I've listened to those albums more than almost any others! Yeah, I asked for BSG twice... Maybe something is going on that MV doesn't want us to know at this time. Patient is a virtue. Sorry. Nope, nothing planned

With Universal back on the Graboid train at the moment, anything TREMORS-related on your radar?

Thanks to MV and the folks at LLL for the continuing great releases and being on hand to often answer our endless questions. So a few more , any probability that some of these might make an appearance either from triple L or in fact ever (due to rights etc, etc) The Scarlet and The Black (Ennio Morricone) Backdraft expanded (Hans Zimmer) The Hitman (Chuck Norris) (Joel Derouin) Smokey and The Bandit 1-3 Equilibrium (Klaus Badelt) Knight Rider 2000 (or any Jan Hammer music)

Not a release question but a Production Question - apologies if this has been answered before... Are all 3000 copies of a limited release manufactured at once or are they done in batches? Beverly Hills Cop 1 is "Temporarily out of Stock" which leads me to believe that all copies are not pressed at once. In batches. Usually 1500, then 500 each

Even if it requires re-mortgaging the house, I'd pre-order the hell out of that sucker!! PS: you still continue to display the patience of a saint on this board. Keep up the fantastic work Mr. MV.
