I guess Intrada will get some heat when we release an expanded score in January/February without the signature vocal as well. But it couldn't be licensed but there will be lots of new score on it. I'll brace myself for the complaints!

People are expressing disappointment not complaining. Well maybe complaining at the powers in charge (not the specialty labels) for these stupid exclusions.
Anyway a greatly expanded score in Jan/Feb? Can't wait!

If it's a Horner score, the complainers will get over it for the wealth of new material.

Expressing disappointment is the literal definition of complaining.

That wouldn’t happen to be Alive by James Newton Howard with Aaron Neville’s Ave Maria missing would it? If so then there would be no complaints from me.

Is there anyway, we can indemnify you from the barrage of complaints, Roger? Any new expansion of an existing classic or essential score will nullify such trivial issues.

Nuance defines the definition. Not that anyone around here understands nuance.
But I do remember the ever cold director James Cameron who at first wanted what Williams had done for the ending of Schindler's List for Crap i mean Titanic...a very quite piano version of Horner's music. Horner had to fight to put that song in.
As we all have discussed this before...You can actually hear Enya calling her attorney's in this score...lol
I remember when Horner picked up his Oscar for this Enya and Goldsmith score...He said he was a Bridesmaids a few times before...But Horner? U along with 3 others were bridesmaids.

We couldn't clear Steven Seagal for Fire Down Below either. I was so heart broken after that news I refused to release just the score. His song was just so integral to the whole experience. It gutted me! I almost threw in the towel and called it quits! I'm glad you guys picked it up.
I have to say I really miss Shatner's warble "sadly" missing from all ST 5 releases... perhaps it will get cleared and can be reissued again with the campfire songs? Now that would be something... or forget the score and just release these damn songs...
