Are there any Black Sunday (Williams) covers amongst these threads? Thats a score that could really use some alternate covers. Never really seen much in the way of artwork for the film in general.

Came across a copy of a very, very bruised and battered lobby poster using this alternate font. With a bit of finessing, I came up with this:

Is there any one of you talented people out there who could do a Superman II cover based on the original US LP cover that will match the LA LA Land release?

I posted 6 days ago. Maybe I am on everybody’s ignore list :-(

Is there anyone that can help? Thank you. :-)

Pretty sure that it is here (on the boards) somewhere.

Only the artist probably knows for sure.

If you have the time to search the art threads, you will find it eventually.

Thanks Graham, it has been done previously but not in the style of the LLL releases as far as I know. And I am technically incompetent!:-)

Here's a terrific illustration that would look dynamite in hi-res and would have made a great flipper.

Nice work, except you may want to check the spelling on "Ken Thorne." smile

I'm thinking perhaps he would like a cover that uses the LP art but with the same typesetting as the LLL?

Was never much of a fan of the murky sunset shot they plopped that rendering of Helen on top of; that, plus the fact that the title logo loses its punch plopped on it too. But I tried to make it work.

And so you did, thanks Spinmeister!

Not to mention that the whole of Manhattan was reversed! big grin

Don't worry, it's Metropolis (and it doesn't even appear in the film).

wink

Gorgeous work steffromuk!

Could you please make variants with these posters if you have the time and inclination?

Nice. I've never seen that artwork before. That's probably the best
I've seen considering how limited art for the film seems to be.

@Steve H
When replying it's best to remove the artwork url.

Great to see the thread so active and the quality keeps getting better and better!

Was wondering if anyone had ever made an alternate for James Horner’s ‘Uncommon Valor’?

The aim of the request is to see if anyone can use the artwork of the LP and use the same font and general design of the LLL release.
