Well dang, heh. What was in this Deluxe that wasn't in the first, a Wonka ticket? At any rate, good on ya, Varese.

As of now Intrada still has copies available for pre-order.

And now they're going to take copies promised to international vendors and sell them internally? Varese has an entirely separate website for foreign buyers, they referred to transferring stock from their "international store," that's what they mean: https://intl.varesesarabande.com/

This Deluxe Edition is limited to 3,000 copies, just like the first one was. Source: I'm holding the release in my hand, and it says 3,000 on the back cover. The US website says limited to 2,000 copies, likely because they reserved 1,000 copies for their international store. I know the UK store also says 2,000, but someone likely just forgot to change the number there. And now we know they are shuffling copies around anyway, so both numbers are really only estimates. We've gone through this before with other Varese DEs since they launched the UK store. I remember confusion about how many copies Lionheart was limited to as well. But the definitive answer is always found on the back cover, not the website(s), for whatever reason.
