Here are 2 quotes from MV: "I already know that this year our planned major MAJOR release dates are 3/23, 4/20, 5/4, 7/20 and 11/30. And we are going to try to stick to those dates as best as we can. But in the interim we will have several other great releases coming out as well." "MV : a lot of of great scores will be released this year, from Jerry Goldsmith, Michael Kamen, Danny Elfman, Les Baxter and John Williams and other marvelous composers." I also believe MV mention 5 comic-book soundtrack releases. #1 would be the Flash, and #2 should be Wonder Woman. But the other 3?? No idea yet. 3/23 was Eraser and Dragonslayer (both of those were MAJOR). I think from what he said earlier that 5/4 is ID4. and for the X-Files summer release date, that is probably 7/20. I cannot wait to see (or hear, I guess) the new Goldsmith he mentioned! UPDATE: OK, 5/4 is no longer a major release date. We know what the John Williams is now (Yeah!), and X-Files has been pushed back to late Fall or Winter. Comic Book Releases: #1 The Flash #2 Wonder Woman #3 Batman: The Movie #4 ? #5 ??? I hope Basil Poledouris is on their list as well

My poor wallet and my lucky ears. The New Baxter and Elfman sound intriguing...

If there's another comic book release due, and another Kamen score on the way, is an expanded "X-Men" a possibility?

Here are my guesses: July 20th: Batman (Complete) by Danny Elfman November 30th: Hook (Complete) by John Williams November 30th: Die Hard Trilogy (box set) by Michael Kamen Somewhere in between there is an Alan Silvestri release and a Les Baxter release. I don't know anything about Les Baxter, but I'd guess the Alan Silvestri is either Fandango or Mission Impossible (Rejected)

Me too! I wasn't aware of Varese's Predator club release until after it was already sold out, and an expanded version of Predator 2 would be most welcome.

Fandango is not likely to happen any time soon as Roger over at Intrada who's a major fan of the score was told that that Amblin won't license it. I really do hope that it gets a release too. As for Predator 2, Varese still has the rights to it since it's still in print. I'd love to see a Die Hard box, but doesn't Varese hold the rights to Die Hard 2 still? Is the Mel Brooks box still in the works? I know it was mentioned last year along with John Morris' score to The In-Laws and Miles Goodman's Dunston Checks In.

Varese's Robocop OST and Expanded is still in print, and that didn't stop Intrada from releasing the complete version

That's because they didn't own the rights in perpetuity for the first film (just the second and third). Yavar
