I found some high res covers on twitter

I swear I saw one for Batman:TASv4 earlier but can't find it now...

Also, LLL confirmed via comments in this thread that Justice League is 4 discs, and that Arrow Season 4 and Legends of Tomorrow Season 1 are both in the works.

According to La La Land's Facebook Justice League is a 4 disc release. I'm curious if Batman the Animated series Volume 4 is a 4 disc release as well? ( thought it could be a 2 disc set to bookend the series)

"BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES Vol 4 (includes last of the first 65 episodes plus ARKHAM ARCHIVES -- remaining missing odds and ends from other volumes)"

Take from that what you will...

I can't find the fsm thread where this was discussed more fully...

B:TAS, vol.4 will be 2 CD-set (at least I heard about this two months ago).

I heard the same thing about this BTAS set.

Maybe I read it on some other thread about BTAS Volume 4 being a 2 disc set (even with the reference of bookending the series). Odd I would think that without some external influence.

Dynamic Music Partners has just announced a Comic-Con composer signing with Lolita Ritmanis, Michael McCuistion and Kristopher Carter!

http://www.dynamicmusicpartners.com/la-la-land-records-comic-con-signing-event/

Lolita, Kristopher & Michael will be signing their new CDs at the La-La Land Records Booth #4536 on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at 11am. They are excited to share that, for San Diego Comic-Con 2016, La-La Land is releasing two brand-new CDs of their scores: Batman: The Killing Joke and Justice League, and will have copies on hand of two other recent discs: Mystery of the Batwoman, and Batman: The Animated Series, vol. 4, as well as many other titles from their catalog.

The music for the highly-anticipated
Killing Joke release features a dark, emotional, deeply psychological tone reflecting the twisted world of the Joker and his nefarious plans, expertly performed by the top LA session musicians. A release of the bright sonic colors and exciting action music of Justice League has long been sought by soundtrack afficionados and comic fans alike.

If you are attending the Con on Saturday morning, please stop by booth #4536 and say hello!

Now that the track list has been unveiled on the LLL Facebook page, I can confirm that the answer is a definite YES! There's even a never-before-heard alternate early take (the differences are subtle but very cool) of the climactic Part II cue "The Great Equalizer."

John, I really hope that you'll give us some instruction (if they are not included in notes, of course), how to re-create C&C programs with tracks from ARKHAM ARCHIVES )))

At some point I may address the question of cue placement for the "Archives" material, for those who wish to tinker with their playlists ... assuming no one beats me to it!

In the meantime, I want to note that there's a good chunk of music on Vol. 4 that BTAS fans have never heard before! The alternates from "The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy" are entirely different compositions from the versions heard in the episode. There are a handful of tracks in the "Arkham Archives" that went completely unused. And I'm really excited that we were able to include Shirley Walker's two unused logo cues, written to accompany the WB Family Entertainment logo! (The studio ultimately went with the old standby, "Merrily We Roll Along.")

John, Why does it say final volume? Does it mean there won't be any more expansions? If so, what's preventing them?

This just completes all the music for season 1 (the first 65 episodes of the show), not all the music from the entire series.

Surely the music for Season 2 will come out under the title "The Adventures of Batman and Robin Volume 1"...

Track list looks great! Can't wait to hear that Shirley Walker logo music!
