What ever happened with Perseverance doing "Highlander" years ago? Did it fall through?

Is it that word "soundtrack" on the cover? (Is that a contractual requirement?) What if it said "complete score" instead?

Epistle to Schiffy SchiffyM you seem perplexed Pissed off , peeved and vexed Why can't you believe That i can read the Used bin tea leaves? Bruce Richard marshall Believe me, dearest Mr. Marshall I find I cannot be impartial Forgive my being pedagogical But your tea leaves are just illogical It's clear to me that through your fandom You search for patterns in things random You think some label's private boast Alerts score nerds from coast to coast To grab the old disc, and sell off it To a store at tiny profit Pretending there's sufficient number Makes your theory even dumber We soundtrack fans are smart, but rare I add to this (as if you care) That many endure repetition And keep, as well, the old edition So sure, if you wait long enough You'll see reissues of most stuff Your tea leaves simply don't compute And so your theory I refute Illogic's easy to deduce I just don't buy it, sorry Bruce. ** clap clap clap clap **

Capitalise and capitalize are both correct, depending on where you're from and how strict you are with your English. Personally I interchange -ise and -ize all the time (which is more than I do with, say, color and colour). As for ROBIN HOOD: the loss of the songs doesn't bother me: they're on the original album anyway, should I ever have the desire to listen to them which, in the last 26 years, I absolutely haven't. I had honestly forgotten there was even more than one song on the first ROBIN HOOD release! More than an hour of previously unavailable Kamen seems like a worthwhile trade for two songs I've already got elsewhere. In exactly the same way, the loss of Madonna's "song" is a price worth paying for all that extra Arnold on DIE ANOTHER DAY. When £$£$£ allows, I'm up for both of them.

I am imagining Dr. McCoy, in his cordrazine-induced "You! What planet is this!" hysteria, shouting "THIS IS NOT COMPLETE! NOT AT ALL!" "I won't cut your song! It is THEY who do the cutting!"

I don't remember there being two songs on the OST. But I haven't played the score in decades. I understand why some are disappointed the songs aren't on there. Kinda like with the Titanic release, where I thought the song was far more pivotal to the music as a whole. But then again I was disappointed Shatner's monologue wasn't on the Star Trek box set. But none of these are deal breakers by any stretch of the imagination. These are all amazing releases. Yeah, the other one was a lesser effort from Jeff Lynne, whom I generally love. It was a curious inclusion, as it wasn't very catchy. I'm not even sure if the thinking was another pope song may help sales. Granted, Lynne was a major music producer around that era (George Harrison's "Cloud Nine," Tom Petty's "Full Moon Fever," Roy Orbison's "Mystery Girl," The Traveling Wilbury's, and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' "Into The Great Wide Open," among others.
