Yes! would definitly purchase Mussolini: The Untold Story.
Wondering if Rosenthal’s A Raisin In The Sun / Requiem For A Heavyweight would also be worthy of a re-issue?

I'm not questioning the "likelihood" that Disney would be the ones to release remastered/expanded Star Wars and Indie. But I sincerely don't understand Rogers response. We know Disney has its own record label. But Intrada has a licensing deal with them and has been releasing Disney titles on their own label for years.

The question is: Are they aware of the fact that there is a demand for proper Star Wars and Indy expansions?

Roger and Doug probably already looked into it, but I'd love to see Alan Silvestri's Super Mario Bros. (1993) get an official release.
I believe that the movie's rights are owned by Disney (Buena Vista) so Intrada could be a perfect candidate (and they've done a lot of Silvestri scores).
Alas, it's probably a tricky one due to Nintendo's involvement ?
Probably a title that goes in the "if it were easy, it would have been done already" category.

Roger, not sure how often you're here on FSM, but is Alan Silvestri's SUPER MARIO BROS. a possibility someday?

That's definitely on our list. Just everything has slowed down due to the pandemic.

A Mussolini re-issue would be most welcome. The hole in my Rosenthal collection - I've always loved the suite on the composer promo.

Same here, the hole in this Rosenthal fan's collection!

How about Volume 3 of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century? There was a lot of good composer music left off the first two albums including the suite of music from A Dream of Jennifer John Cacavas and Testimony of A Traitor Bruce Broughton.

I’m pretty sure we already released Testimony of a Traitor.

Roger, any chance of doing Young Indiana Jones Chronicles as a complete series? There is some wonderful Rosenthall and McNeely scores that deserve full releases. I know it's Lucasfilm/ Disney thing now but....

While they’re listening, may I suggest a re-issue of Flowers in the Attic, as well? Would love to hear it in (potentially) better sound with all the technological advancements.

Agreed, but the licensor wants a crazy amount of money. Was trying to do a premiere release of Chris' score to Torment as well, but way too much $$$$.

It amazes me to no end how many licensors would rather make NO money at all on a title than a reasonable amount.

Can't resist asking is there any chance for Fluppy Dogs? I understand it's most likely too obscure, and hard since it's only ever aired on TV and never had a home video release.

Not to discourage Roger from chiming in, but I don't think the obscurity of Fluppy Dogs is the problem (and being short it would likely be paired with one or two other Shirley Walker scores for Disney TV anyway, if it's ever released). Intrada has released plenty of obscure scores and thanks to Batman TAS, Walker has a built-in fanbase.

Unfortunately, though Intrada has a wonderful established relationship with Disney, it doesn't seem like their access -- as yet -- extends to TV properties. Recall that Roger did actively pursue a release of Ron Jones's music for the DuckTales TV series after Intrada's fantastic release of David Newman's score for the feature Treasure of the Lost Lamp. But despite putting a lot of work into it, it didn't materialize because it was a TV property, which is a different division of Disney and apparently Intrada doesn't have connections there yet.

But since the Intrada team has long been working to make that Bruce Broughton Disney Park scores set a reality, maybe THIS Shirley Walker Disney project would be more of a possibility from them on album...

Credit goes to John Takis for the idea and that cover art, from this fun Intrada thread:

I’ve raised it several times but the Indiana Jones universe is a major franchise for them and they’re still trying to decide what to do with it. It may happen some day yet.
